We have a wide selection of equipment available for hire, Marquees, Gazebos, Party Tents and lots of other accessories, suitable for all events and occasions. You can hire a basic marquee frame or basic gazebo frame for any event and any special occasion.


Packages: We have some fantastic marquee packages, to include the marquee, carpet and lights and furniture. We can create a package, just for you and tailored to your own special event requirements. You can book product items, marquees, gazebos, furniture, accessories on our website using our online booking system, which is available 24/7 or if you would like a price quote first, just use our website enquiry form, we will be happy to check availability and email back how to make your booking, giving you the best options available for you.

Our Marquees are suitable for all year round events and occasions and just perfect for parties at home, smaller home events, birthday celebrations, community days, fun days and event tent shelters for all types of events.


Our post code delivery and set-up areas: When you visit our website, you will see different post code areas. When booking you will be asked to select your post code area, each post code area shows a deliver area price rate charge, these prices vary on distance and this price will be the charge for the products ordered for your area, taking into account the delivery/collection for the area, to cover 4 ways. If we travel longer distances then the price will be charged more, to take into account our expenses and time. You are only charged one post code area charge, charged on one item or multiple items ordered, unless the multiple items require more than one deliver or van load.


Our service with delivery, set-up and collection: Our friendly staff will deliver, set-up and dismantle all the equipment, so all you need to do is enjoy your event. At the end of the event or at the agreed collection time you will just need to ensure all equipment is returned back in the same condition as delivered.


Set-up times: Set-up times vary, but on average a standard garden marquee package takes around 1-2 hours and a standard garden gazebo takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of package ordered and the access and distance times.

About our marquees for hire: Our marquees are a nice bright clean design, white in colour, with clear windows down both sides, with side doors and end doors. We have lots of marquee sizes available, to fit most gardens and floor spaces and just perfect for every occasion.


About our Gazebo Hire: Our commercial gazebos are available in many different colours and event themes. These gazebos can be supplied with or without sides. Our themed gazebos are perfect for home parties, special occasions and events with smaller floor spaces. We have lots of themes available to cater for every event and party.


About our furniture hire: We have lots of tables and chairs available to hire in different styles, sizes and quantities, suitable for all smaller events and occasions. Our furniture products can be hired for home use, home events, garden use (with or without marquees/gazebos) or hire for the larger community fun day events.


Collect and return: We do not offer collection and return, our product items are stored in many different units, locations.


About our table linen hire: Our premium quality table linen hire is available in lots of different colours, we have table cloths available to fit most tables, 4ft long, 4ft round, 6ft long table sizes. The table linen can be hired with or without other products, so perfect for any occasion. If you hire a marquee or gazebo our table linen is available at cheaper rates or sometimes we will provide free, if you leave us a review, ask for the free table linen offer and we will send you details. You can also hire table cloths for your own dining room table and your own other tables.


About our chair cover hire: Our premium quality chair covers are available to fit most banqueting style chairs and can also fit most standard home dining chairs. Chair covers can be hired just the chair cover only or the chair cover with a coloured chair with sparkle buckle band. We have a number of different chair cover colours available, the most popular colours are white, black and ivory. Our chairs bands. are available is all colours and to suit all colour schemes. Our chair covers can be hired on their own, with or without a marquee, gazebo or furniture. Adding chair covers to chairs, will transform your event and make an old chair look amazing. Sometimes we will provide chair covers free, if you leave us a review, ask for the free chair covers offer and we will send you details.


Hire products for your own decor and set-up or for hire products with our full service decor: We offer a DIY (do it yourself) decor service for all chair covers and table linen cloths, where we just provide all equipment for your own set-up, or you can pay our company to do the full decor for you, paying the additional set-up charges. Fitting the chair covers and bands and setting up tables cloths and ironing the table cloths does take a lot of time, so you will need to allow for this in your event times.


Cleaning: We always clean our marquees/gazebos/furniture on set-up, so everything looks perfect for your event. We are very strict with cleaning procedures and we like our equipment to sparkle.


About our marquee sizes: Our popular smallest sized event marquee is the 20ft x 10ft (6m x 3m), our most popular sized marquee is the 26ft x 13ft (8m x 4m) and our largest sized marquee is the 20ft x 20ft (6m x 6m). All these sizes are perfect for family home parties and celebrations and also great event shelters for all types of fun days and activities.

Marquee 20ft L x 10ft W (6m x 3m): 32 people standing, 24 people seated with chairs only, 18 people seated with 3 tables and 18 chairs inside.

Grass floor surface area: Marquees and gazebos are best set-up and secured down on real grass,


Artificial grass: Artificial grass is classed as hard standing surface area, so unless the stakes can be knocked into the ground, thru the artificial grass then other fixed anchor points will be required, fixed buildings, fence rails etc You will need to send an image of your garden to us first, so we can check how the marquee/gazebo frame can be secured down correctly. Hard standing floor surfaces- tarmac/patio/artificial grass/slabs: We can sometimes set-up on hard standing floor surfaces and artificial grass, but only in enclosed sheltered areas, and there are fixed anchor points available, hooks, buildings other.


Hard standing surfaces - Extra charges will apply for hard standing surfaces, quoted per job, on your event requirements and how many anchor points are required, sometimes hard standing surfaces will not be possible. Floor surfaces with half grass and half patio floors are sometimes ok, because we can stake part of the equipment into the grass area, but you will then still require weights on the other non grass areas/anchor points. One the website you will need to choose, hard standing surface, one corner weights required. For hard standing floor surfaces we will always ask you to send a picture of the venue set-up area by email, messenger, text or WhatsApp to 07779484151


We are not be able to give estimate quotes or give an immediate reply back without fully checking, so you will need to allow 24-48 for us to get back to you, so we can advise options available.


All marquees and gazebos have to be secured correctly in case of strong winds. First Class Leisure Event & Party / Marquee Party Tent Hire always think safety first, if we refuse a job, it will be due to safety reasons and always looking at keeping our customers safe before making money.


For family and home events, we only set-up marquees and gazebos in secure private, fully fenced back gardens and secure venue locations.


For Event Tents, marquee hire or gazebo hire for community days, school events, first aid shelters, fun days, craft tents etc, all these can be set-up in most locations, if permission has been granted for the event organisers from local councils etc.


Marquees required at venues Like Pubs - Hotels - Wedding Venues - other: If you require the Marquee to be set-up at a venue, pub, wedding venue, hotel or any other similar venue (not a home address), then for this type of venue location, we will need to see some images of the venue set-up area and where the marquee/equipment will be required. You will need to visit the venue and take some images, then WhatsApp your images to 07779484151 or email info@firstclassleisure.co.uk Once we have these details we will then be able to give you options available, normally within 24-48 hours.


Book online - Use our online diary booking system: Once we have given a quote, you will be asked to book online. We prefer orders to be booked online, so your order details come over to us correctly and any mistakes can easily be amended our end.


Prices shown on our website are for booking online, however we do offer telephone and email bookings, at different rates, you will be sent/required to use our manual booking form for this option.


Additional extra items: If you require any extra items, we can easily manually add these product items to your order (pending stock), or when booking online just write the items required on the booking form comments section (pending stock availability). We will can check stock availability and amend your order.


Telephone and email bookings: You can also place your order by telephone or by email (£25 manual booking fee charge will apply and a larger booking fee will be required to confirm the order). Please be aware booking by telephone or email all product items do not get booked immediately and it will take us 24-48 hours for us to check and confirm items are available. If you request a manual booking, please note if any items, dates or times become 'not available' for any reason, then this is not our fault and you should have booked online first.

Scene setters are available without a marquee for house and function room decor or can be supplied or fitted with the marquee or gazebo packages. We have lots of scene setter themes available but we do require at least 14 days notice to plan a fully themed event.

GAZEBO DINING AT HOME WITH TAKE-AWAY FOOD DELIVERY

Our gazebos are perfect for having an evening meal or for having a takeaway delivery to your home, like pizza's, fish and chips, Indian curries, Chinese food, all these foods are easy to deliver direct to your home or you can even prepare your own. We often have a family meal inside a gazebo at home, it like going out for a meal but much cheaper and a perfect way to get the whole family or friends seated at the same time in a more relaxed atmosphere, so everyone can enjoy together.


Power Supply: Electric power is only required if you hire our globe lights or if you hire any item which requires electric power.


Heating: We can provide heating for any sized marquee for marquee hire in the colder months, to help with condensation and damp. A marquee is just like a house, you need to apply heating inside the house to keep the house warm and stop condensation, same rule applies for marquee hire. We also recommend using a dehumidifier for winter marquee hire events.


Measure the set-up area: The dimensions of our equipment products are shown on each product item on our website. The hirer must check the floor area space available is correct for the equipment required or send an image of the set-up area to us. Your set-up floor area must be flat with no slopes, raised areas or overhanging items, like trees, guttering or lights, if you are unsure of the set-up area, just email or whats app a picture to us.


Front garden and communal areas: We DO NOT set-up equipment on front gardens or communal gardens, we only set-up equipment in secure fully fenced/enclosed/private venue locations/back gardens, unless the event is an organised street party, community or supervised event then as long as you have written permission then we can provide our services.


Site Visits: We will only do a site visit if we feel it is really really necessary. These days it is so easy to send a photo of the set-up area to us, by email or mobile phone or whats app, so sometimes a site visit is not necessary and also saves us time. It is always best to measure your floor space area first and send the measurements with your picture. If you do not have a phone or email then please ask a friend or family member. If you are unable to send a picture then we will need the set-up area measurements L x W x H and call or text 07779484151


Access into the venue: At the time of your booking/enquiry the hirer must inform us of any particularly difficulties regarding delivery and collection i.e: parking, long distance to carry equipment, steps, lifts and any other possible obstructions. Our equipment products like marquees and gazebos have many sections/parts and can be quite heavy to carry, so you must tell us the approximate distance from the parking area, to the set-up area and provide the shortage distance into the venue by outdoor side gate access. If you do not have a side gate access, then you must notify us at the time of booking, if we turn up and access is different to what you have told us then we may refuse delivery or apply extra charges. We must be told about any access which is going thru the house or garage or thru multiple rooms.


Quotes - Use Our Enquiry Form: If you are using our enquiry form we will always send you a quote for your event requirements and tell you how to make your booking. We are a professional company with many years experience and we do like to ask questions regarding your event, this ensures there are no problems on the day. If you are not willing to take a few minutes to answer questions or fill in our booking form or send an enquiry form then First Class Leisure will not be the company for you. We do things correctly at the start and to do things correctly this requires time. Our online booking system makes it impossible for us to give quick price quotes immediately over the phone, we will always ask you to email info@firstclassleisure.co.uk, text 07779484151 or use the enquiry form first. We will require all the event details to be able to give you a quote, once we have all details then we will get back to you normally within 24-48 hours with prices, availability and how to book.


Additional Charges: These charges are shown on the booking form, charges will depend on each individual event requirements, type of event and the venue location. Most events are different, so prices will vary. Extra surcharges: These charges will apply at different times of the year and depend on your event times and our availability.


Community Events & Events Not Taking Place At Private Homes Addresses: Marquees / Products required for events/show grounds/shows/festivals etc are charged prices on our website, charged per day, plus delivery rate for the area and any additional charges below. To get a quote for these types of events you will need to first use the website enquiry form, sending your full event details, sending an image of the set-up area to 07779484151, plus details of the event, including the access times, collection times, any delays which we may experience, time slots, parking charges, permits etc, If you fail to give the correct information at the start, we could refuse delivery on the event date.


Delivery will be charged extra for LARGE EVENTS or where a lot of equipment is required. Additional charges are quoted on double delivery/collection to/from your venue and also charged extra per each van load required. This normally applies on events with multiple furniture and multiple marquees hired for one event. If you need to get a quote first then please use the enquiry form, so we can check and confirm options available. Extra charges will also apply when marquees are set-up on hard standing floor surface areas, see above.


Joining Marquees Together end to end or length by length: Extra charges will apply when marquees are joined together P.O.A - we use marquee guttering to offer this service and allows us to offer arger sized marquees.


Weather Conditions: We can never predict the weather and weather conditions do change all the time, First Class Leisure will not be liable or refund any marquee/accessories if the weather conditions affect your event of if you are unable to use the marquee/accessories due any weather conditions. We cannot guarantee constant heavy rain will not leak inside the marquee(s) or stop strong winds, rain, snow and other bad weather conditions. If you are hiring marquees in the winter months and we do experience heavy snow or extreme bad weather, then safety does come first. if the weather is too bad for you to use the marquee and also too bad for us to make delivery, then under these circumstances we would offer you a date transfer, transfer the whole booking for you to use within a date period. The booking fee would be non refundable.


Website Prices: Choose the correct options on the booking form to get the correct price: Prices shown on our website are start from prices, the price for your event will depend on your event date, your delivery, your collection time, the hire period, the event location, surface area, home event, park event, furniture required, additional extras required and the distance to travel. When filling in the booking form you will need to choose the correct options for your event, making sure all the questions are answered correctly and no options are left out to avoid paying any extra charge. We do check all orders when they come over to us and we will pick up any missed sections, we will apply the correct charge and a the booking will be amended.
